Three calls to confirm

All three are proposed, pending design-lead confirmation.

The shell is the live UCMS chrome Proposed

The BA mockups invent a new five-item shell. This prototype keeps the real UCMS navigation and top bar, with CDS components inside the content area.

Add and edit billing is an in-page route, not a modal Proposed

The widest CDS modal is 416px, too narrow for a three-column form. The billing form sits in the content area with a back link instead.

The Details menu keeps both entries; the tabs are the in-page link Proposed

The Manage Company Details menu still lists Packages and Billing as two entries, each landing on its own page. The tabs on those pages carry the sibling relationship: the menu is for jumping straight to either page, the tabs are for moving between them once there.
